I’m a senior UX designer and strategist who begins every project with a conversation. By listening for the stories behind user frustrations and understanding the constraints stakeholders face, I turn messy inputs into priorities everyone can rally around. From there I settle into a flow state where pixels, micro-interactions, and copy knit together until the bigger picture emerges.
